At Clé, we strive for perfection in every tile, but we understand that project needs can change. We accept returns on full, unopened boxes of current stock within 30 days of delivery, subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team within 30 days of receiving your order to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare Your Shipment
Ensure all tiles are in their original, unopened packaging and securely palletized to prevent breakage during transit.
Ship to Warehouse
Arrange for freight or parcel shipping to our designated return center, clearly marking each box with your assigned RMA number.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse verifies the quantity and condition of the returned goods, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, minus the restocking fee.
